A premium quality full mat acrylic coating, especially formulated for ceilings. Provides a beautiful uniform mat finish, has a long open time and provides maximum diffused light. It features excellent hiding qualities, easy to apply and it is spatter resistance provides a mildew resistant coating for new or previously painted wallboard, acoustic ceiling, cured masonry, plaster and other ceiling substrates.
Colors: White and may be tinted to light colors. Toxicity: Formulated without lead or mercury Gloss Level: 0-2 at 60 degree viewing angle. |

Surface to be painted must be clean and free of dirt, grease, flaking paint and mildew. Dull glossy areas by sanding. Apply one or two coats of CS 258 CEILING PAINT after priming the surface as outlined below.
New Plaster, Gypsum Board: Prime with a full coat of CS 192 WALL PLUS Waterborne Micronized Stabilizing Eco Primer or CS 570 THE PERFECT PRIMER Alkyd Multi-primer & sealer.
Masonry, Concrete, Bricks: Prime with CS 192 WALL PLUS Waterborne Micronized Stabilizing Eco Primer or CS 181 WALL PLUS Waterborne, Alkali Resistant Primer.
Previously Painted Surfaces: If surface is sound, prime with CS 023 THE PERFECT PRIMER All-purpose eco Primer. Fill nail holes and cracks and sand when dry. Spot prime patched surfaces with CS 023 THE PERFECT PRIMER All-purpose eco Primer. If previous is old porous lime, apply and overall coat of CS 182 WALL PLUS Solventborne, Waterproofing Stabilizing Primer.
New Wood: Prime surfaces with CS 570 THE PERFECT PRIMER Alkyd Multi-primer & sealer or CS 023 THE PERFECT PRIMER All-purpose eco Primer.
Stir thoroughly before and during use. Apply by brush, roller or spray. Use a short nap roller on smooth surfaces. Thin as 5% with clean water, only if necessary. Do not apply at temperatures below 10OC. Drying times are longer in cool/moist conditions.
Clean equipment in warm, soapy water after painting. Do not empty into drains or watercourses. Dispose of empty container responsibly and according to local legislation.
